Guided by Queen Yenn, Certified Meditation Instructor

– Visualization activities
– A variety of meditation methods

• Please bring your journal, yoga mat, pillow or cushion and a light blanket if desired

• Consider arriving early to ground yourself with a self-guided moment in the garden before class begins
