Welcome to Seasonal Harvest, an immersive in-person cooking class at Oyun Botanical Gardens where you’ll join, Chef Beee, in exploring the world of plant-based foods using produce grown right at the garden.

Participants will learn how to create a delicious and nutritious plant-based meal that celebrates the bounty of the season, while understanding the importance of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients for both body and environment.
